Thanks to prof. dr. Peter Sterk and the Royal Society for Physics for the invitation to give a public lecture in the beautiful Diligentia Theater in The Hague!

This renowned institute was founded in 1793 and aims to publicize new developments in the natural sciences (physics, chemistry, astronomy, mathematics, geology, biology and medicine). Embryologists Prof. dr. dr. J.A.J. Barge (1927) and Prof. dr. dr. M.W. Woerdeman (1930 & 1938), various Nobel Prize winners and comedian Youp van het Hek previously graced this stage.
